We want you to love your purchase. If that’s not the case, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand how returns and exchanges work.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

  • Custom-made and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.​
  • Regular wear and tear, damages occurring from use, or items not in resalable condition do not qualify for refunds.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sage sticks, candles, and soaps (if opened or used)
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Any item not in its original condition or packaging

Please note: Customized items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.​

How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an eligible item, please email us at Service@mail.ppxstar.com within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns sent to the address on the package unless explicitly instructed.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping fees. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not liable for return packages lost without a tracking number.

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued within one week to the original payment method. Note that original shipping charges and additional service fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items. Once an exchange is completed, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Gift Returns
If the item was purchased as a gift, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of the returned item once it is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
